AP Thailand and Mitsubishi Estate Group (MEC) will also announce another mega project: ‘LIFE Asoke – Rama IX’. Project valued at Bht 9,000 million, the project will offer 2,248 units at a starting price of Bht 110,000 per square metre, Official sales will begin in September.

At present (as at 30 June 2017) AP has 15 ongoing condominium projects with outstanding   sales value of Bht 12,300 million. Of all the ongoing projects, nine are the joint developments of AP and Mitsubishi Estate Group (MEG) with outstanding sales value of Bht 4,090 million. In the first half of the year, AP’s condominium business group reported sales of approximately Bht 8,200 million and the company is confident that the launch of LIFE ONE WIRELESS high-end condominium in the prime location on Wireless Road with 1,344 units at the starting price of Bht 4.9 million each (averagely Bht 170,000 per square metre) and LIFE Asoke- Rama IX top-notch condominium to support urban digital life at a starting price of Bht 110,000 per square metre will contribute to a massive sales boost of condominiums, enabling AP to achieve its projected condominium sales of Bht 12,400 million.
