Major Development forms International Business Team to better support incremental increase in foreign buyers each year

Miss Petrada Poolvoralaks, Executive Director of Major Development Public Company Limited, a real-estate developer of high-end residences and Thailand’s first pet-friendly residential property, has formed an International Business team led by Miss Pirunin Wannawong, Executive Vice President of Corporate Marketing and Customer Relation, to market its properties to foreign homebuyers. Major Development’s began selling to foreigners since 2015, especially to those from China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, who make up the largest group of potential buyers. The company has set a goal of 2.5 billion baht in international sales this year, which is an equivalent of a 30% year-on-year growth. Its proactive strategy for this growth is to foster long-term relations with domestic partners and international real-estate agents.
