PACE Development Corporation Plc., (PACE) the leader in Thailand’s luxury residential developments announces it has incorporated one of the best innovations in drainage solutions into its state-of-the-art NIMIT Langsuan development called the Geberit Sovent. This drainage solution is used mostly in hi-end residential and luxury hotels in Europe and USA, and NIMIT Langsuan is the first-ever residential development in Thailand to incorporate this patented system.

“PACE endeavors to bring the highest standards of living while enhancing long-term investment value of properties to our clients” said Sorapoj Techakraisri, CEO, PACE. “By incorporating innovative products and ideas from around the world that combines aesthetics and function like Geberit Sovent, we strive to achieve our vision in delivering an unsurpassed essence of living to our clients”

Geberit’s Sovent System is a patented high-efficiency water drainage solution designed to optimize space for residents’ living in high-rise buildings and is currently used in several hi-end residences and luxury hotels throughout Europe and North America. Featured projects include The Hilton and Maastoren Rotterdam Netherlands, The Bosco Verticale Italy, and Bella Sky Denmark to name a few.

The Geberit Sovent system for NIMIT Langsuan increases living-space, reduces noise between each units and floors, minimizes service void and leakages in apartment below, meaning all maintenance and services can be contained within one’s apartment, creating a “Self-Contained” unit. The system is also an economical alternative to the traditional system as it optimizes flow and is compact in design. Hidden underneath and discrete, the Sovent System enhances the long-term investment value of the property, provides peace-of-mind and hassle-free, true luxury living.

“We are extremely pleased to have been selected as one of the many core innovative elements in fulfilling PACE’s philosophy in achieving the highest standard of residents’ living”, said Kanoksri Pakunvorakij, Country Manager, Geberit Thailand, “With the incorporation of our unparalleled drainage solution “Geberit Sovent System’ for its prestigious NIMIT Langsuan Development.”

Other key design elements which enhance NIMIT Langsuan’s long-term investment value include the Insulated Glass Unit, a high-performance glass which reflects sunlight and keeps air temperature as well as noise from intruding into the units, and ultimately helps reduce energy bills. NIMIT Langsuan also uses the VRV Air Cooled package, a system that allows condenser to be placed inside the building, which greatly extends design flexibility and suitable for adaptation to creative building façade as well as providing residents maximum freedom to use the balcony area.

NIMIT Langsuan is a freehold super luxury high-rise condominium situated in the most sought-after location of Bangkok, Langsuan Road. The development is directly adjacent to Lumpini Park, with a land size of over 2 rais, and a project value of 8 Billion Baht.
