The resort comes with top facilities including indoor and outdoor parking on the 1st floor, an entertainment center on the 2nd floor, the Reception Center and Ski Valley situated on the 3rd floor, while on the 11th floor the Resort Check-In Reception Hall, All-Day View Restaurant, Specialty Chinese Restaurant, Lobby Bar, Lounge Bar, Terrace Bar with View, 25m Outdoor Sky Pool, Fitness Center, Indoor and Outdoor Hot Springs, and Kids Room can all be found. The sales of the project are divided into two parts: buying to own and buying as an investment. Thais are allowed to buy and own the property 100%. Selling prices start at 17 million baht (66.5 million Yen) for a large studio unit.

The sales in Thailand will be open from 22 November 2022 onward. Those who purchase the property as an investment, which will be managed by New World Hotels & Resorts, a five-star brand and a Division of the Rosewood Hotel Group, will be guaranteed a minimum 5% return on investment for the first three years. The owners will also have a right to stay for 28 days per year (14 days in winter plus 14 days in another season)
