Price of condominium in Sukhumvit area has been sharply increasing with many projects’ price starting at 250,000 Baht per sqm. However, there are many new projects around Sukhumvit particularly in Phrom Phong and Thonglor. Therefore, the customer should well select other prime location with lower supply and value-to-money price package for purchasing.

 

For up-and-coming residential development in 2019, single home and townhome around connecting areas will gain more interest since land’s price in the heart of Bangkok is too high to acquire, resulting in many super luxury and branded residence which has tremendously high price per sqm. For 2019, location, package price and product development are very important and developer needs to carefully apply for urban living’s need.
