Muang Thai Insurance Rebranding Through “Believe” Campaign, CEO Eyes Business Growth

Muang Thai Insurance Public Company Limited (MTI) will undergo a rebranding and engage in “Believe” Campaign powered by CEO Marketing Strategy. Through the vision and mission of CEO Pang Nualphan Lamsam, MTI will expand its client base to include Young Generation Group and New Gen via a new series of insurance products that accommodate diverse lifestyles.

Nualphan Lamsam, CEO of MTI, discloses that “MTI has enjoyed confidence from our customers, business partners and the general public throughout the years. We’re the first Thai-owned insurance company, financially strong, transparent, good-corporate-governance focused, and socially responsible corporate citizen. Moreover, our honesty and integrity have enabled us to earn the trust and confidence from customers and made us who we are today. We are determined to do more.”

2019 is another milestone when MTI will undergo a rebranding of “Muang Thai Insurance” whose aim is to create modernity, freshness, warmth, and accessibility-friendly. We intend to reach out to more diverse customer groups, expand Young-Gen base who tend to perceive insurance as unnecessary. We’re also committed to strengthening corporate image of MTI via CEO marketing strategy and making adjustments in the face of Digital Disruption via application of technology. Our upcoming “Believe in Pang” campaign will translate the new vision of CEO Pang-Nualphan Lamsam for Muang Thai Insurance. The vision demonstrates an interconnection where she will utilize her work experiences to grow the business and create customer confidence in a seamless manner. The essence of the campaign is “Believe”- Believe in Pang, Believe in Muang Thai Insurance.

She adds that “Initially, I didn’t appreciate the insurance business that much. My perception has changed since I came across the benefits our customers received. Those benefits worked to minimize risk and protect people from an unexpected turn of events. I have become obsessed with this profession and looked at it as the fifth basic need of everyone. As history suggests that in time of natural disasters or national crisis, our insurance business has helped alleviate the hardship of the people time and time again, and I am proud of it.”


The campaign of “Believe”- Believe in Pang, Believe in Muang Thai Insurance- is our primary focus for 2109. MTI is a market leader in the insurance business. The company has enjoyed market acceptance in more ways than one. We will continue to work harder to advance our responsiveness, financial strength, professionalism, innovative and comprehensive insurance policy products, timely claim payment, and service quality. The “Believe” campaign will go through all relevant platform. The platform includes Full Media such as Social Platform Media, Digital Media, Out of Home, TV, and Print Ad. Also, the campaign consists of 3 versions of “Believe Pang” movie advertisement. The advertisement will highlight MTI via an interview with Pang Nualphan Lamsam. She will share insights on the insurance business that she thought was once meaningless but has now turned into a profession of pride. It’s a profession that turns business partners into friends and family and creates consumer confidence through commitment. Pang Nualphan Lamsam stresses a core value that “My word is my bond.
