Central Pattana Plc announced a continued strong growth in Q1/2026 earnings, with a total revenue of 13.35 billion Baht and a net profit of 4.97 billion Baht, registered an 18% growth from the same period last year. The company revealed in its vision of ‘A Future-Led Ecosystem’ that it would continue the development of mega-scale projects and landmark masterplans nationwide to create neighborhoods, cities and the future to drive forward the economy, tourism and quality of life nationwide. Central Pattana aims to elevate Thailand to a ‘Global Destination’ by creating world-class events throughout the year to attract both Thais and international tourists and to put forward the future of Thailand.
Ms. Naparat Sriwanvit, CFO and President, Hotel and Office of Central Pattana Plc, said: “Domestic consumption in Q1/2026 continued to show signs of recovery, supported by improved consumer confidence, backed by the general election and the recovery of tourism, in particular, the number of international tourists from China and India that resumed its growth, which helped to boost spending nationwide. Simultaneously, Central Pattana’s retail-led mixed-use development strategy and the establishment of a ‘Festival & Experience Economy’ through year-round events and festivals continued to push forward customer traffic and spending within the shopping centers. This resulted in strong Q1/2026 performance for the company, with a total revenue growth of 10% from last year to 13.35 billion Baht and net profit growth of 18% from last year to 4.97 billion Baht. The company achieved record-high rental and service income from its shopping center business, driven by rising customer traffic, stronger tenant sales, and an expanded portfolio of shopping centers. Central Pattana also recorded all-time high gross profit margins for its rental and services business at 62%, and overall gross profit margin at 61%. In addition, the hotel business continued to perform strongly, particularly Centara and GO! Hotel, reflecting the strength of Central Pattana’s ecosystem and its capability to drive economic growth, tourism, and lifestyle experiences for people nationwide.
Advancing Landmark & Lifestyle Destinations to Strengthen Urban and Economic Potential
Central Pattana has continued to create landmarks and elevated customer experience nationwide. In Q1/2026, Central Pattana announced a major transformation of Central Pinklao, a key landmark in Thonburi, with a total investment of over 1.7 billion Baht. This transformation upgraded Central Pinklao into ‘The New Soul of Pinklao’ featuring 500 brands with 360,000 sq.m. of space offering a multi-dimensional experience to support the city’s potential and the lifestyles of the new generation. In the meantime, Central Pattana also launched Market Place Thonglor, a flagship community mall in the heart of Thonglor, which operates under the concept of an ‘All-Day Lifestyle Destination’.
