Central Pattana plc reported another quarter of strong results in Q2/2026, posting total revenue of THB 13.1 billion, up 8% YoY, and net profit of THB 4.75 billion, up 10% YoY, driven by the continued strength of its core business. In Q2/2026, Central Pattana paid a record-high dividend payout of THB 2.40 per share while further strengthening its financial position with a continued improvement in its net debt-to-equity ratio.
