“ORIGIN” Kicks Off “The Origin” In Six Locations Across Bangkok, Capturing Young-Gen Market With “Live Your Value” Concept

Origin Property Public Company Limited, one of leading property developers in Thailand, plans to launch six condominium projects under its new brand ‘The Origin’ in six locations across Bangkok. These six projects totaling 7.7 billion baht focuses on young generation particularly first jobbers and first condo buyers. To show the new brand concept ‘Live Your Value’, it has prepared five advertising films featuring with its brand ambassador “Sunny Suwanmethanont” to show four functional highlights of ‘The Origin’ projects. It paves the roadmap of ‘Origin Connect’ to further develop its ‘Service Excellence’.   

Mr.Peerapong Jaroon-ek, Chief Executive Officer of Origin Property Plc (ORI), the fully-integrated property developer, said that from now on, the company will give importance to the young generation market particularly first jobbers and first condo buyers, aged between 23-28 years old. To serve these target customers, it has created a new brand ‘The Origin’ to solve their pain points and best serve their lifestyle. In 2019, the company will launch six projects under The Origin brand in six potential locations including Sukhumvit, Ratchada, Ladprao, Ramindra, Ramkhamhaeng and Phaholyotin. The six projects are worth over 7.7 billion baht.

“Previously, the society put frame on the way of living and success in the same direction. But in reality, each person lives in different condition and different environment. Therefore, they should be able to live their life up to their own choices and get successful in their own way. Hence, we promote “Live Your Value” concept through The Origin brand,” said Mr. Peerapong.


Mr.Apisit Soonthronchukiat, Managing Director of Origin Property Plc, said the company has prepared five advertising films to show its deep understanding in the young generation, to promote “Live Your Value” concept and to make The Origin brand talk of the town. The first advertising film, entitled “Real Life 101”, (https://youtu.be/DHWrdUqljWQ) is to tell the life story of young generation who have to encounter a lot of difficulties and be responsible for themselves. The other four will show highlighted functions and facilities in every of The Origin projects.


The company has selected “Sunny Suwanmethanont”, one of Thai superstars and its brand ambassador, to take a leading role in the latter four films. It believes that Sunny will make The Origin brand well-recognized among young generation. The company plans to consequtively launch the projects pre-sales from August 3 onward.

Mr.Somsakul Sangsuwan, Chief Design Officer, Origin Property Plc, said highlights of four functions and facilities of The Origin are 1. Smart Closet : Design and utilize every space smartly. 2. Hotel Services on Demand : Offer hotel-standard services of maintenance and cleaning. 3. 24hr Co-working Space : Provide 24-hours co-working space with office facilities to meet the lifestyle of young generation. 4. Private Party Room : Provide soundproof party space that prevents noise transmission from outside-in and inside-out.


“As the average age of Origin’s employees are 28-29 years old, our Product Design team is like a representative of customers. They truly understand customers’ pain points and requirements and show their value ideas to the team. That’s why we decide to develop these four functions for first jobbers and first condo buyers,” said Mr. Somsakul.
