Bangkok  One.Six Development Corporation Limited (One Point Six),    a new player in the real estate industry who goes by the concept “The Smart Difference” striving to bring world-class standards to Thailand’s real estate industry, joins hands with Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited (MQDC), who operates real estate business under a ‘for all well-being’ commitment, in the investment and development of “THE STRAND THONGLOR”, its first condominium project worth 4.8 billion baht. Under the concept of “Essentially More”, THE STRAND THONGLOR features a mixed-use living experience in the “Thonglor” area, targeting a new generation who lives multi-faceted lifestyles and have values that reflect the culture of Thonglor. The company is confident that over 50% of the project’s units can be sold by the end of this year.

THE STRAND THONGLORis located in Thonglor (Sukhumvit 55), only 30 meters away from BTS station. A 30-storey building on a 2,584 sqm plot, The Strand is constructed under the concept of “Essentially More” aiming to comprehensively respond to the actual demand of its occupants and to develop a project that focuses on not just great design but also functionality. Apart from residential areas, there is also Micro-Office and Business Lounge, a commercial area under an all-day-dining restaurant concept, a speakeasy bar and “The Strand Park” which is a green lawn with seating areas at the project’s entrance. Besides, all facility areas are well designed to suit all the needs and lifestyle of occupants with all the top-notch amenities including The Playroom and children’s tutor rooms on the 6th floor, The Clubhouse on the 27th floor featuring The Living Room, Fitness and Meditation Studio, salt infinity swimming pool with Jacuzzi at the length of 25 meters for adults and a separate children swimming pool. Each elevator is monitored by an “Active CCTV Monitoring and Control” technology connected to the central control room for the highest level of security. We also use an Intelligent Automated Car Parking system that is the most advanced in the market. On top of the hardware technology, we have also developed a software application for mobile devices, whereby occupants are able to control electrical fixtures in their own units, while also being able to hire services such as housekeeping and maintenance, or book amenities like meeting rooms or The Living Room social lounge.”

THE STRAND THONGLOR has established three operational strategies namely:

  • Marketing strategy that focuses on boosting and maintaining credibility among customers with purchasing power, 75% of which is Thai, 25% foreigners.
  • Marketing communication strategy that makes use mainly of both online and offline channels including social media like Facebook, online content, etc.
  • Sale strategy such as Private Launch exclusively for target customers to deliver the project’s information and development plan, Group Exclusive where sale is carried out through an exclusive party to create an amicable atmosphere, and Exclusive Pre-Sale event to be held on August 18th-19th 2018 at Bangkok Marriott Hotel Sukhumvit.

 

In all, we expect to sell over 50% by the end of this year. The construction of THE STRAND THONGLOR is expected to be completed in 2021,” Mr Chawin concluded.
