Sankyo Home (Thailand) joins forces with a Japanese real estate firm, Keihan Real Estate, to develop a luxury condominium, “The FINE Bangkok” Thonglor-Ekamai with a project value of over 1.7 Billion Baht. Mr. Sudthipong Chailanggar, Managing Director of Sankyo Home (Thailand) Co., Ltd. disclosed that the company joins hands with Keihan Real Estate Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Keihan Holdings Co., Ltd. which is a large railway operator in Kansai, Japan with a long history since 1910, to develop a condominium as the first joint venture project in Thailand under the name, “The FINE Bangkok,” in the Thonglor-Ekamai area.

With both companies’ rich experiences in residential development covering all segments and prices together with experiences in co-development of joint-venture condominium projects which were acceptable among Japanese, the company hopes the co-development of The FINE Bangkok to be an opportunity in delivering new quality and standard of city living like it has ever done in Japan.
